Health Elixir
Health Elixir is the exact item named in Shiro's Supply the Settlement objective. The demonstrated source is Alchemist Meku's shop at Mistfall Harbor. Select Health Elixir, check the quantity and both costs shown by the current shop, obtain 25 for the quest, then use Gate Stores Load in Iceveil until the elixir counter reads 25/25.

Find the named elixir at Meku's shop
Visit Alchemist Meku inside the Mistfall Harbor shop and select Health Elixir from the displayed options. The game label in the recorded footage reads Alchemist Meku; the selected item reads Health Elixir.
Review the quantity selector and the displayed Wen and horn costs before buying. The recording shows a multi-item purchase, but its shop values are a version snapshot rather than a fixed price for every server.
Stock 25 at Gate Stores
The quest checks the item by name. A different healing potion does not fill the Health Elixir row. Carrying elixirs in your bag is different from stocking the store.
- Accept Supply the Settlement from Iceveil Guard Shiro.
- Bring 25 Health Elixirs and nine Cooked Bear Meat to the Gate Stores interaction near Shiro.
- Choose Load for the elixir supply until the quest panel reads Health Elixirs stocked 25/25.
- Finish the meat counter and return to Shiro for the last objective.
Keep travel healing separate
Health Elixir is a recovery item, and this quest consumes or stocks a named supply stack. If you also need healing while travelling to Iceveil, plan those potions separately from the 25 requested by Shiro.
Before leaving the harbor, inspect the purchased count in Inventory. At Iceveil, use the quest panel's two supply counters to see what still needs to be loaded.
