Alchemist Meku

Find Meku's harbor shop

Travel to Mistfall Harbor and look for the indoor alchemist counter. The NPC name visible above the shopkeeper in the recorded game UI is Alchemist Meku.

Interact with Meku and select Health Elixir from the displayed shop options. Check the item name before purchasing because Shiro's objective asks for this exact elixir.

Check the current quantity and costs

Choose the amount you need and review both cost fields on the live shop screen. The demonstrated purchase is a version snapshot, so use the current UI for your own Wen and horn budget.

For Shiro's quest, prepare 25 Health Elixirs. If you intend to use some for healing on the trip, buy or reserve enough to keep the quest supply intact.

Take the elixirs to Shiro

The purchase at Meku's counter and Shiro's stocking action are separate steps. If the objective stays at zero, inspect your Inventory count and use Gate Stores rather than only speaking to Shiro.

1. Accept Supply the Settlement from Iceveil Guard Shiro.
2. Bring the Health Elixirs to the Gate Stores interaction near the village entrance.
3. Use Load until the Health Elixirs stocked row reads 25/25.
4. Stock the nine Cooked Bear Meat and return to Shiro for the final check.
