Get Cooked Bear Meat from Lucy's route

The recorded route shows three Cooked Bear Meat per completed Lucy delivery. If your current objective does not advance, check whether Tom still has an unfinished step before returning to Lucy.

1. Speak to Lucy in the beginner village and accept her meat delivery.
2. Follow the quest toward Tom near the Mother Bear area and accept his Bear Cub objective.
3. Defeat the required Bear Cubs, return to Tom as directed, then bring the meat back to Lucy for the delivery reward.

Prepare nine for Iceveil

Shiro's supply panel asks for Cooked Bear Meat stocked 9/9. Three deliveries at the observed three-meat reward reach that requirement. Keep the stack available until you have loaded it into Gate Stores near Shiro.

Carrying nine in Inventory is only preparation. Interact with Gate Stores and check the quest counter; the meat row must reach 9/9 before Shiro's final return objective can complete.

Check the route if the counter stays low

Confirm the item is Cooked Bear Meat, that you have finished Lucy's delivery and that you used the Gate Stores Load interaction. A Bear Cub kill or an unfinished Tom task alone does not stock the Iceveil store.

The quest separately requires 25 Health Elixirs. Stocking all the meat leaves that second supply and the Return to Shiro check to finish.
