Reach Tom from Lucy

Accept Lucy's delivery in the beginner village and follow the active quest marker toward the Mother Bear area. Tom stands on that route and offers the Bear Cub task needed to move the delivery forward.

The beginner guide footage shows Tom as the next NPC after Lucy; use the current marker and NPC name to orient yourself because a fixed distance or compass path can vary with your start point.

Finish the Bear Cub objective

One beginner video shows four Bear Cubs for Tom's objective. Read your own quest counter before leaving, since the objective display is the reliable completion check.

1. Talk to Tom and choose his Bear Cub task.
2. Defeat the number of Bear Cubs shown in your active quest panel.
3. Check whether Tom needs a return interaction, then go back to Lucy with the meat.
4. Finish Lucy's hand-over dialogue to claim the completed delivery reward.

Turn the early route into a supply plan

Builderboy TV's War Fans route repeats Lucy and Tom's delivery to gather Cooked Bear Meat. The demonstrated Lucy reward is three per delivery, and Shiro later requests nine at Iceveil Gate Stores.

Do not stop at a completed Bear Cub fight if you need the supply item. The material comes through the full Lucy return route, then must be stocked separately at Shiro's Gate Stores.
