Lucy
Lucy is an early village quest giver for the meat delivery that sends you to Tom near the Mother Bear area. Complete Tom's Bear Cub step, return with the requested meat and finish Lucy's dialogue to receive the demonstrated Cooked Bear Meat reward. Repeating that loop supplies the nine meat needed later for Shiro's Iceveil quest.

Begin the early village delivery
Look for Lucy in the beginner village after your opening objectives and accept the meat delivery. The active quest guides you toward Tom, so follow its marker instead of searching for a fixed coordinate.
Lucy is the delivery contact. Speaking to her once starts the route; you must also complete Tom's Bear Cub step and return to Lucy to claim the supply reward.
Complete the Lucy and Tom loop
In the recorded supply route, a completed Lucy delivery yields three Cooked Bear Meat. Repeating the delivery three times prepares Shiro's later 9/9 meat requirement.
- Take Lucy's delivery and travel to Tom near the Mother Bear area.
- Accept and finish Tom's Bear Cub task as the objective requests.
- Return to Lucy and complete the hand-over conversation.
- Check the Cooked Bear Meat reward in Inventory before starting another delivery.
Use Lucy's reward later in Iceveil
The meat is useful beyond early levelling: Iceveil Guard Shiro asks you to load nine Cooked Bear Meat at Gate Stores for Supply the Settlement. Keep the quest stack until that stocking interaction is complete.
If your inventory has meat but the Shiro counter remains zero, travel to Gate Stores and select Load. Returning to Lucy and stocking Shiro's store are separate interactions.
