Claim the trial reward

If the ingot is missing, check whether the reward interaction actually finished. The Hand Demon fight and the reward hand-in are distinct steps.

1. Complete Final Selection through its final Hand Demon objective.
2. Finish the reward conversation with The Sisters rather than leaving at the fight result.
3. Open Inventory and confirm that a Crude Iron Ingot was received.

Bring it to Yagane

Travel to Hidden Mist Village and speak to Yagane at the katana forge. His menu lists Enryu, Shinkage and Tengoku Katana patterns. Select the blade you want before reading its materials.

Tengoku Katana is the pattern with a visible one-ingot requirement and Free crafting fee. Check the selected recipe, craft it and confirm that the new weapon appears in Inventory before equipping.

Keep the ingot names separate

Crude Iron Ingot is the trial material in this first forge route. Togane's advanced material exchange menu shows separate Forged Ingot entries; those are different items and should not be counted as Crude Iron Ingots.

If an advanced recipe remains locked after this craft, check its own schematic, base weapon, materials and currency. Owning a trial ingot alone does not unlock the Nightfall line.
