Dr. Higoshima
Dr. Higoshima is the delivery target in Muzan's conversion quest. After accepting Muzan Quest inside the domain, follow its doctor marker, climb to his raised platform, pick him up and carry him to the marked destination. The task completes at delivery, not pickup; it can be done before or after collecting the nine Spider Lilies.

Activate Muzan Quest first
Earn Muzan's invitation, use the Biwa Bell to reach his domain and accept his quest. The quest panel has two separate objectives: Spider Lilies 0/9 and Deliver Dr. Higoshima 0/1. Confirm the doctor row is active before following its marker.
The objectives do not impose a flowers-first order. The recorded route delivered the doctor while the flower counter was still short.
Pick up and deliver the doctor
Simply lifting the doctor or moving away from the platform is not the turn-in. If the row still reads 0/1, finish the marked delivery rather than searching for another doctor.
- Follow the active doctor marker and climb to the raised platform where Dr. Higoshima waits.
- Use the carry interaction and watch the objective marker for the delivery destination.
- Move toward that marker while accounting for the pursuing Slayers shown in the route.
- Reach the destination and check that Deliver Dr. Higoshima changes to 1/1.
Finish the other half of conversion
After delivery, gather any remaining Spider Lilies until the flower row reads 9/9. Check both quest rows before looking for Muzan's Blood.
Receiving the blood vial and becoming a Demon are also separate steps: open Inventory and use Muzan's Blood to trigger the transformation.
