Spider Lilies
Muzan's conversion quest asks for nine Spider Lilies. Each Spider Lily pickup advances the flower counter. After accepting the quest inside his domain, search the grassy edges of lakes and swamps and the area behind houses near Mistful Harbor. Pick up each glowing flower and watch the objective reach 9/9; the doctor delivery is a separate requirement.

Start the correct quest first
Earn Muzan's invitation, use the Biwa Bell to enter his domain and speak to him there. Confirm Muzan Quest is active before collecting flowers. The quest panel tracks Spider Lilies and Deliver Dr. Higoshima separately.
You can finish the doctor delivery before the last flower. Neither objective depends on completing the other first, but both must be complete before the blood reward.
Make a repeatable shoreline loop
These are search areas, not fixed coordinates for all nine flowers. If one stretch is empty, continue the loop through another nearby patch instead of waiting for an assumed spawn timer.
- Start along the grassy edge of a lake or swamp after dark.
- Walk the waterline and inspect the ground around each bend rather than standing at one pickup spot.
- Check behind the houses near Mistful Harbor, then continue to another stretch of shoreline.
- Approach each glowing flower and use its pickup interaction.
- Open the quest panel and confirm that the Spider Lilies counter has increased before moving on.
Check the count and claim Muzan's Blood
At 9/9, inspect the doctor delivery row. If it remains incomplete, follow its marker to Dr. Higoshima and carry him to the destination. Picking up the doctor does not count as delivery.
When both rows are complete, check Inventory for Muzan's Blood and use the vial to transform. Holding all nine flowers or receiving the vial alone does not finish the race change.
