Biwa Bell

The Biwa Bell is the invitation item used in Muzan's conversion route. After earning the invitation and finding Muzan at night, use the bell to enter his domain, talk to him again and start the quest for Muzan's Blood.

Reach the invitation step

Build negative reputation until the game directs you toward Muzan. He roams between village areas at night; use the current quest marker and dialogue rather than expecting him at one fixed spot.

Speak to him and check your inventory for the Biwa Bell. Receiving the item is a milestone, not the end of the conversion.

Use the bell to enter Muzan's domain

  1. Open your inventory and use the Biwa Bell after Muzan's invitation.
  2. In the domain, speak with Muzan again to accept his quest.
  3. Follow the quest display for Spider Lilies and Dr. Higoshima's delivery.
  4. Turn in the quest, receive Muzan's Blood and use that reward to transform.

If the next quest is missing

Check whether the bell is in your inventory and whether you used it to reach the domain. Meeting Muzan in the world and speaking to him inside the domain are separate interactions.

The Blood Demon Art roll and training occur after conversion. Do not expect a full Art moveset when the bell appears.
