Beast Core
Beast Core is a material used in the Stone Breathing trainer route. Beast Born Demons are a reported source. Defeat them, inspect each reward and count the cores in your inventory before returning to Stone Trainer Gyorei. Read Gyorei's current hand-in prompt for the exact amount you need.

Farm Beast Born Demons and count the drops
A target number of Beast Cores is not a target number of demon defeats. A defeated enemy that drops no core does not advance the inventory hand-in.
- Read Gyorei's active Beast Core request or trainer dialogue.
- Find Beast Born Demons and defeat them using a route you can repeat safely.
- Inspect the reward and your inventory after each encounter.
- Stop when your spendable Beast Core count meets the trainer's displayed requirement.
Bring the material to Gyorei with Axe and Mace
Return to Stone Sanctuary with the required cores and the Axe and Mace equipped. The trainer can check both material and weapon conditions before starting physical training. If dialogue still repeats a requirement, verify the item count and the equipped weapon separately.
Avoid spending the training stock elsewhere
Keep the cores needed for Stone Breathing apart from optional purchases or other quests. Once the hand-in succeeds, check that the Stone training counter appears and begin with its first objective.
