Nightfall Reinforced Plating
Nightfall Reinforced Plating is a material in the Nightfall Cape recipe shown at Blacksmith Togane. That selected recipe shows five plating required, alongside other ingredients. Open Nightfall Cape at Togane and compare the plating icon and counter with your inventory. If you have a spare eligible exchange material, Swap materials can trade one for one toward the shortage.

Read the Nightfall Cape plating counter
The Nightfall Cape panel shows Nightfall Reinforced Plating with a requirement of five. It also shows separate Nightfall Forged Ingot and Nightfall Weaver's Cloth slots, a schematic, Metal Scrap, Silk Thread and Wen. A full plating counter alone will not make the cape craftable.
This five-plating amount belongs to the selected Cape recipe. Open any other Nightfall recipe you plan to make and read its own counters before setting a target.
Exchange a surplus for plating at Togane
A swap redistributes eligible materials; it does not increase their combined total. Reserve the ingots and cloth needed for the same Cape recipe before exchanging them away.
- Select Nightfall Cape and subtract your held plating count from its displayed requirement.
- Open Swap materials and choose an eligible item you can spare on the Give side.
- Choose the Reinforced Plating icon on the Receive side and confirm the one-for-one exchange selection.
- Return to Nightfall Cape and check the plating, other materials, schematic and Wen counters before crafting.
If the cape still cannot be crafted
