Slayers 2 Rengoku Clan: Flame Synergy & Katana Route
Rengoku is a Supreme Slayers 2 (formerly Project Slayers 2) clan focused on Flame and sword offense. Heart Ablaze supports damage, movement and stamina; Ignition Hit rewards a new M1 string and Flame attacks; Master Swordsman helps katana progression. You still need to unlock Flame Breathing and its individual moves separately.

Use Flame effects without double counting burn
Heart Ablaze provides an offensive window and retaliatory burn. It is valuable when an opponent hits you, but soaking an entire combo just to trigger retaliation is a poor trade. Keep a defensive response available.
Ignition Hit rewards the first M1 of a fresh string and several Flame attacks. The burn does not stack into separate damage streams every time it is reapplied. Test the live duration and current numbers in your clan panel rather than adding multiple burn procs together.
Finish the trainer and weapon routes
Rengoku is strongest when its bonuses support attacks you can actually land. Find the Flame trainer, complete the exercises and unlock the move nodes before judging the clan's full value. The Flame style's counter behavior comes from the style; equipping Rengoku does not turn every clan or weapon skill into a counter.
Master Swordsman can support katana progression, while forging a later blade still needs its own schematic and materials. Keep those resource steps separate from the clan roll.
