Firstlight Katana
The Firstlight Katana schematic is in the same underwater snow maze as the Firstlight Spear. Enter below the Wind trainer through the translucent ground near the statue, then follow the route map to the katana pickup shown at about 2:36. Confirm the Firstlight name in Inventory before planning a blacksmith craft; this is a different schematic from Nightfall Katana.

Reach the katana branch
The maze contains more than one schematic, so mark which branches you have checked. The source shows the location but does not supply a stable compass coordinate or a text-only turn sequence that works from every camera angle.
- Approach the Wind trainer area before Doma and find the statue below it.
- Enter the slightly translucent ground by the statue into the underwater snow maze.
- Use the route map in the linked video to pass the spear pickup and reach the Firstlight Katana location at about 2:36.
Check the exact katana name
Firstlight Katana and Nightfall Katana are different patterns. The creator names the Firstlight Katana at this snow-maze stop; the separate Nightfall Katana route is across the Shobu waterfall later in the same video.
Inspect the pickup and Inventory label rather than assuming that any katana-shaped schematic is interchangeable at the forge.
Prepare the later forge step
Once you own the schematic, visit a blacksmith and read its currently displayed requirements. The video explicitly says the maze gives schematics while actual crafting happens at a blacksmith.
Do not pre-buy a fixed ingredient list from this location guide. The source does not show a complete live recipe, finished weapon stats or an upgrade path for this specific katana.
