Lost Cape

Identify the Lost Cape item

The in-game Inventory panel labels Lost Cape as Mythic and describes a dark red cape from the Lost set. This is the item the Nightfall Cape route uses as a pattern base.

Keep its exact name in mind when sorting your equipment and quest materials. A different cape or an already crafted Nightfall Cape is not the same item as Lost Cape.

Choose between fishing and Lost Chest

The Archives of Lost panel visibly names both Fished up and Lost Chest as sources. The 0.9% label belongs to Lost Chest, so do not apply that number to fishing.

The fishing video does not establish a required rod, bait, water body or catch probability for this cape. Check the current Archive panel and Inventory item name when you receive a rare catch.

Use it with Weaver Hatsu

The guide shows both item panels and explains this relationship, but the exact exchange is not fully visible. Read the live prompt before committing the cape.

1. Carry the Lost Cape toward Weaver Hatsu beyond Hidden Mist Village.
2. Open Hatsu's dialogue and inspect the option for the Nightfall Cape pattern.
3. After the exchange, check for Nightfall Cape Schematic in Inventory before leaving.
