Slayers 2 Push Ups: Training Location and Ring Timing
For Push ups in Slayers 2 (formerly Project Slayers 2), go to the training mat at Butterfly Estate, use the T Train interaction on PC and click when the moving inner ring meets the outer ring. Continue until the exercise finishes, then check that the Push ups objective is complete before traveling to your next training marker.

Find the Pushups training mat
Travel to Butterfly Estate and follow your active training symbol around the exercise area. Look for the red training mat and the Pushups Train interaction. The training mat is a separate station from the meditation and cup activities inside the building.
Accept the breathing training quest before making this trip. Wind begins with Push ups, while Water places it after Parkour Dungeon and Thunder places it after Cup Training. The visible prerequisite on your tracker tells you which task needs finishing first.
Complete the ring-timing exercise
- Stand close enough to see the Pushups Train prompt and hold T on PC.
- Watch a ring approach its target rather than clicking immediately when it appears.
- Click as the moving inner ring aligns with the outer ring.
- Readjust your timing for each new prompt. Avoid holding the mouse button through several prompts.
- When the exercise finishes, inspect the quest tracker for the completed Push ups row.
If the push-up objective will not complete
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Inputs miss repeatedly | Use the ring alignment as your cue. Slow down and make one intentional click for each prompt. |
| You are using the meditation station | Leave the meditation activity and find the mat labeled Pushups Train. |
| The Push ups row has a lock | Finish the named prerequisite in your current breathing quest. |
| The activity ended but the row is unfinished | Return to the mat and complete the exercise; an exit alone is not the quest completion marker. |
Continue your own style's route
For Wind, the next task is Boulder Split. For Water, continue with Boulder Push. Thunder goes from Push ups to Aim Training. These different destinations are why checking the tracker before traveling saves a return trip.
Later, after the final trainee fight, open Skill Tree to learn your style's abilities. Repeating push-ups cannot replace the individual move requirements.
